Yo! I have come here to write some kick ass riffs and chew bubble gum and I'm all out of bubble gum. On that note.... we begin our fun social experiment. This is the first track of four with you guys picking the movies the songs are based on. "They Live" is up first and this song was a lot of fun to put together. The idea behind all of this was to start completely from scratch with no riffs and no lyrics. I really don't have any riffs saved up since we tend to release a ton of music. This song was a direct result of me sitting in front of my computer and just writing a song. Picking a tempo and just seeing what I could come up with. Probably took around 6 hours from beginning to end I would say and damn it is harder to find the time when you have a deadline!

Like I said earlier this is just a fun social experiment. Should these be taken as final version VHS songs? Not exactly. These are pretty in line with the demos I have been making for Andy and Curtis to learn new songs. We are still very much a fully functioning band, this is just something I wanted to do for fun while we work on finishing the next full length.
